Use the recipe search page to find recipes that are low in fat and salt, high in fiber, a good source of calcium or iron, or gluten-free.  

Low-fat

3 grams of fat or less per serving

Low-sodium

140mg of sodium or less per serving

High-fiber

5 grams of fiber or more per serving

Good source of calcium

100mg of calcium or more per serving

Good source of iron

2mg of iron or more per serving

Gluten-free

Contains no wheat, rye, barley, or oats
Because many packaged foods and ingredients contain hidden gluten, it is important to read labels to ensure they are gluten-free.

You can also search recipes by breakfast or main dish (Meal Type), or search recipes by the number of WIC foods they contain (WIC Food Count).

Serving sizes listed for the recipes are the right size for adults.  Keep in mind that children need smaller serving sizes than adults.
