How to Make
¼ cup milk
½ cup broccoli, chopped small
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
WIC Tip: These can be kept in the fridge for up to three days.
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Mix eggs and milk in a bowl with a whisk.
- Mix broccoli, garlic powder, and most of the cheese into the eggs. Save about 2 tablespoons of cheese for later.
- Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray and fill until mostly full. Recipe will make about 24 mini frittatas.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of warm eggs when the frittatas come out of the oven.
