How to Make It

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup broccoli, chopped small
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Cooking spray

Preparation

1
Preheat oven to 350 F.
2
Mix eggs and milk in a bowl with a whisk.
3
Mix broccoli, garlic powder, and most of the cheese into the eggs. Save about 2 tablespoons of cheese for later.
4
Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray and fill until mostly full. Recipe will make about 24 mini frittatas.
5
Bake for 10-11 minutes.
6
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of warm eggs when the frittatas come out of the oven.
Recipe Tips
Get creative with the mix-ins! For a twist, use bell peppers or spinach instead of broccoli. To make allergen friendly, swap out the ingredients to fit your family’s needs. For example, to make dairy-free, replace milk and cheese with your family’s favorite plant-based milk and cheese.
