How to Make It

Ingredients

  • 3 medium avocados
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup onion, diced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Cayenne pepper to taste

Preparation

Cut avocados in half and remove the pit; scoop out flesh into a medium bowl.

Add lime juice and salt; mash with a fork until smooth.

Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic.

Add cayenne to taste if desired.
