How to Make It

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast, boned, skinned and cubed or shredded
  • 1½ cups seedless grapes, halved
  • ½ cup celery, diced
  • 2 tablespoons green onion, minced
  • ⅓ cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup plain non-fat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In a large bowl combine chicken, grapes, celery, and green onion.

In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, yogurt, and lemon juice and mix until smooth.

Pour dressing over chicken mixture and mix until evenly coated.

Serve immediately or chill and serve.
