How to Make
Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
½ cup onion, chopped
1 cup green pepper, chopped
2 cups corn
2 cups diced tomatoes or 1 can (15 ounce) diced tomatoes
¼ teaspoon oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
