How to Make It

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups corn
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes or 1 can (15 ounce) diced tomatoes
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Add oil to a skillet. Add onion and green pepper, and sauté until vegetables are tender.
