Ingredients
- 1 pound cauliflower florets (approx. one head)
- ¼ cup lemon juice (1-2 medium lemons)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Place cauliflower florets in a steamer basket, then put steamer basket in a saucepan filled with 1 inch water.

Bring water to a boil, cover and steam until tender, 6-8 minutes.

Transfer to a serving dish, add lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.

Mix gently and serve!
