How to Make
Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound lean ground beef or turkey
½ cup onion, chopped
½ cup green pepper, chopped
1 cup corn
2 cups diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can pinto, kidney, or red beans, drained and rinsed
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder (or to taste)
