Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound lean ground beef or turkey
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- ½ cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup corn
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz.) can pinto, kidney, or red beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (or to taste)

In a large sauce pan, brown the ground beef or turkey with the onion and green peppers until the meat is cooked through.

Add the remaining ingredients, heat through, and serve.
