How to Make


1 ½ cup of shredded cabbage
½ cup shredded carrot
1 small apple, unpeeled and chopped
¼ cup raisins or dried cranberries (optional)
2 tablespoons non-fat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon sugar
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a medium bowl, combine carrots, apple and raisins or cranberries.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and sugar together.
  3. Add yogurt sauce to cabbage mixture and toss to blend.
  4. Chill and serve.
